Jerome Gotthier, an entrepreneur, investor, real estate developer and Crypto enthusiast, had big dreams. He turned them into a reality with consistency and lots of efforts.
Jerome is the founder of GM Estate, one of the most trusted real estate companies in Germany. His knowledge about making the right investment in properties helped him achieve this feat. The entrepreneur is quite clear about his goals. He not only wants to expand his business but also earn good wealth.
When Jerome Gotthier was asked about the path he took to be where he is in his life and career today, he shares, “As probably most of them; I had had nothing before. I admit that I don’t come from a low-income family, but I didn’t get any gifts, and I always had to earn my own money. I left home when I was 16, and I’ve been on my own two feet ever since. I’ve had all kinds of jobs from waiter and dishwasher in my school days to the salesman. But I also started working on my own projects early on, which were always lucrative, so at a young age, I usually had more money than all my friends. Nowadays, I am lucky enough only to be able to work when and where I want, which I also appreciate very much.”
From being an employee to a boss is a major and inspiring transition in Jerome’s life. About his life before and after he became an entrepreneur, Jerome Gotthier says, “I used to have to trade money for time: all the classic routines. Getting up early and always being at work simultaneously and only going on holiday when I could take time off (A classic 9-5 job). Today, things look very different. I work when and how I want and especially for how long I want. Besides, I am independent of location and can work from wherever I want.”
