Mr Sikka has led multiple brand and stakeholder management mandates, and executed projects across Indian and international markets with equal finesse.
Back in 2016, he realized that the current market lacks agencies that integrate traditional and new age media while bringing intelligent campaigns to the table that deliver requisite value for the clients. “Adherence to delivery timelines, effective management, execution, and monitoring of campaigns was also something that most agencies were failing to deliver. I thought, if an agency could bridge all those gaps in deliveries through strong network and effective communication strategies, the chances of success would then be near 100 percent,” he says.
That is when the idea of creating his own company sprung to his mind. He launched a new-age,multi-stakeholder engagement firm, The Pivotals, with the aim to help brands leverage this changing media landscape, while safely navigating through their complexity and unpredictability.
What started in a small cabin in Noida, has now expanded to a 25-member-strong team under the aegis of Mr Sikka. With its headquarters in Noida, the firm has expanded to several cities in the country, and has also successfully delivered assignments in South East Asia, Middle East and European Markets. Today, the company launched by Mr Sikka is among the leading agencies of the country, boasting of seasoned PR specialists, content experts, digital marketers, former journalists and communication consultants. In just over four years, his team has worked with clients across industries and delivered excellent media mileage for each of them. Some of the notable names in their impressive client roster includes OPPO Mobiles, Lenovo, High Commission of Canada, Comparepolicy, Alibaba Group, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, among many others.
Through his strong work ethic and determination, Pranshu Sikka has shifted the needle for many start-ups, made a huge difference to communication strategies of large conglomerates, and co-curated platforms for clients that mobilize relevant thought process.
