Ray Pang Si Heng, the 25-year-old young and successful entrepreneur who is running multiple high 6 Figure Businesses. He decided to become an entrepreneur because it’s a perfect space for him to never be in a place where his current state and future are at the mercy of someone else. Ray was born and bought up in Singapore, his family had a strong Asian culture and background that kept pushing him to get good academic results. He was one of the best students in academics in his first 1-3 primary school years. But after that his interest shifted to different things like making friends, playing sports, and he started to become more socially inclined. He was happier doing this stuff than always being the top few in class. But all these skills laid the foundations in helping him build his empire today.
He worked hard for his “Primary School Leaving Examination” (PSLE) back in Singapore and scored highest in his class and was granted admission to the top schools. He completed his secondary education from River Valley High School but was not able to score well in academics as he was more interested in doing other stuff that made him happier. Playing football was one of his favourite thing to do and this helped him in discovering his leadership qualities. He had to go through training, understanding team chemistry, communication, decisiveness, and having an unbeatable mindset. And that honed him to understand the importance of leadership.
After completing college, he was enlisted for his 2-year army training. At the same time, he also applied for Universities but was not able to get admission into any of the Universities as a full-time student due to his poor college graduation exam results. He then decided to move to Melbourne, Australia where he studied at Monash University and did his Bachelor Of Business.
He then started his internship in a FinTech start-up, where the best part was the opportunity to be working with the co-founders which helped him in learning the ropes on how he can start building his own business from absolutely scratch as well. He took over the role of so many things – operations, finance, partnerships, executive meetings, strategy sessions, and many more. He quickly became an over-achiever in his role, but a point came where the company was facing a financial crisis and had to make a very hard decision of laying off Ray from the company in August 2019.
He then decided to look for skills he can acquire to start creating multiple sources of income. “After realizing that putting my future and my situations at the mercy of just one company and whatnot, I quickly concluded that I had to find a way to make money in any condition. And I knew I had to make money in different ways so that whenever one source gets cut off when things don’t go according to plan, I could still live comfortably.” Ray said.

When asked about his future goals, Ray stated, “MY MISSION is to impact 10,000+ people in their late teens and early 20s to unleash their inner genius so that they can live their desired life that was robbed from them by the chains of overwhelming societal pressure and conformity.”
